Public Hearing on an ordinance repealing the Code of the City of Rincon, Georgia at Chapter 10 (Animals), Chapter 34 (Environment), Chapter 42 (Floods), and Chapter 90 (Growth Management), to be replaced with the Unified Development Ordinance; and specifically repealing the Official Zoning Map; to be replaced with a new Official Zoning Map including Overlay Districts; to provide for notice; to provide for severability; to provide an effective date; to repeal off ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; and for other purposes.
